A United States Court authorized the week after the Gulliver preparatory school of Florida, not to pay its former Director, illegally, dismissed a compensation of 80 thousand dollars.

The Court of appeals for the third district of Florida dismissed finally on Wednesday a compensation payment by discrimination to Patrick Snay, former Director of the school, on the grounds that it had violated the confidentiality agreement.
