On January 1, 2011 Scrapping the Moments will start a monthly challenge, called Scrapping Survivor...  At the beginning of the month Pat will have a list posted with a point system that will be used to get your scores. Finally finished Marit's challenge....here is my take on her challenge...not as artsy as I wanted....   If interested:  I spray painted the paper gold, scratched it a bit, rubbed in some maroonish marker into the scratches.  Picked just a few different papers to apply as a border.  Doodled a bit, added some stickers, and a quote by Vince Lombardi in a hand drawn circle and a touch

I have been working on my sewing machine....and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. When I sew on the paper the thread is bunching up big time on the back...need help!! Scrap out of Season!...We all buy products for those certain time of year, Christmas, Halloween, Fourth of July, Valentine's Day..etc. So why not experiment and use seasonal products unconventionally? for example..snowflakes could be spring flower centers, halloween spiders on a summer page...Those products will never get used up otherwise!
